Pay Assessments Easier Than Ever

The 2020 Stirrup Creek HOA annual assessment is $440.00 and due January 1. If you have not received an invoice, please contact Lumina Community Management. Payments can be made via online payment via credit card below or via check. All transactions are handled securely. Annual assessment payments are due on January 1, 2020 and considered delinquent if not received by Feb 1st, 2020. Special Assessment payments are considered late if not paid on February 1st.

Per the Stirrup Creek HOA collection policy, and as allowed with the North Carolina Planned Community Act, a $20 per month fee is charged each month for delinquent payment of the annual assessment. This fee is included in the charge below for credit card payments. For example, payments made after February 1st will include a $20 late fee each month on top the $440 assessment, so payments after Feb 1st will be $460, after March 1 - $480 etc…
